Blanc de Noirs is Philipponnat’s signature cuvée, a tribute to Pinot Noir that reflects the House’s fondness for this ripe, expressive grape variety. Blanc de Noirs is a blend of the year’s wines, selected with great care to strike a balance between the sunny slopes of the Grande Vallée de la Marne and the delicate Grands Crus of the northern Montagne de Reims. It is potent without ever losing its freshness or finesse.
Blanc de Blancs
The perfect counterpart to Blanc de Noirs, our Blanc de Blancs is a blend of pure cuvée (first press) Premiers and Grands Crus, benefiting from the qualities of the same chalk terroirs. In addition to the natural tension of these pure Chardonnay wines, the search for ripeness gives our Blanc de Blancs an aromatic richness and silky texture that blends with the fresh elegance of the great Blanc de Blancs from the best Champagne crus.
